Shipping Policy

At Filthy Animal, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

During product launches, promotional events or busy periods, processing may take a little longer. If this happens, we'll keep you informed.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days
  • Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

Express Delivery (where available)

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days
  • Orders must be placed before our daily cut-off time to qualify for same-day dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery option selected.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Any qualifying minimum spend will be clearly displayed on our website.

  1. Free UK shipping on orders over £50 (encourages customers to buy three products instead of two).
  2. Royal Mail Tracked 48 as your standard service.
  3. Royal Mail Tracked 24 as your express service.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Filthy Animal cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at woof@filthyanimal.uk.

We'll work with our delivery partner to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the product so we can help put things right.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

If you're outside the UK and would like to stock or purchase Filthy Animal products, we'd love to hear from you.
